Board fencing is the Cadillac of fencing options. Board fence offers tremendous looks, safety, and strength. We offer several different board options: poplar, treated poplar, and oak. All boards are a full 1”x6”, and are sawmill lumber. Poplar boards will offer the best looks over the long term, but are more susceptible to cribbing by horses. Oak boards offer the best strength and are less susceptible to cribbing than poplar. Yet the oak boards are more susceptible to warping than poplar. Board fencing is a good option for: cattle, horses, and sheep.
